Interview
Hi , can you tell us a little bit about your background on yourself, where you come from and where and how you discovered your talents?
I am from a small town in Bavaria and live now in munich, which I like very much.
I always wanted to do graphic design or illustration – I can´t remember a special moment.
But I think it started with recording music tapes for friends and making special covers for them...
1. What is the most important aspect in your work? What is your obsession?
To do something with some kind of humor in it, something with statement. Something that makes sense.
I like funny things, unsettling stuff or even transcendental stuff with a lot of magic...
And keep the motor (ideas) always running is definitely a permanent obsession.
2. What's your greatest achievement yet?
A big wall painting in the Live Club / Discoteque Rote Sonne in Munich. To transport my drawing on a real wall – at the entrance to the club –  with brush and paint really was a very special experience for me!
3. How do you create new designs? What programs and tools do you use for the creation of your designs?
Brain, Pencil, liner, paper first. Later on the computer, mostly photoshop and In Design.
4. Where do you get your inspiration from, what inspires you?
Music I listen to, Books that I read, and most of all my own every-day life.
I also have a little black book I write in: Smashing sentences, quotes and things I want to think of later.
5. How do you find a balance between what you want, and what the customer wants? Have you ever made a job don't liked to do?
You should think a lot about the costumer, but always have the courage to open his mind.
Of course I have done jobs that were not so cool, but that´s ok.
6. What do you think is important for upcoming talents?
Find your inner voice. There´s a feeling, when you just exactly know, that it´s good.
7. What is your most important tool?
Thinking and then acting.
8. What is important for you in life?
The classic things: Love, Family & Friends, Music, Happiness, dont stop having ideas...
9. What are your plans for the next years?
Haven´t planned yet.
